Motorcycle accident in Thedinghausen: 74-year-old overlooks biker!

In a dramatic incident in Thedinghausen, there was a collision between a car and a motorcycle on Sunday afternoon, which had slightly injured consequences. The 74-year-old driver wanted to turn left into the Achimer Landstrasse on Verdener Weg and overlooked the 52-year-old motorcyclist, who approached left. The biker fell and was brought to the hospital with minor injuries. The accident caused property damage of around 3,500 euros.

But that was not the only accident of the day: an additional misfortune occurred when an 81-year-old man was caught in an Audi. A brave first aider was able to free him in time before the fire brigade arrived. Unfortunately, the driver suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment. The Achim-Ost departure had to be completely blocked for around two hours for the accident recording. The total damage adds up to around 30,000 euros.
