In the early morning hours of Wednesday, a defect in a heating system in Karl-Zeller-Weg caused considerable smoke development in a residential building. The police and fire brigade were quickly on site to control the situation. Fortunately, nobody was injured and the residents were able to return to their apartments after the security measures were completed.
