Shock on the K58: Car accident only called for minor injuries!
On Saturday morning, May 31, 2025, a spectacular traffic accident occurred on the K58 in Schiffdorf around 6:00 a.m. A 54-year-old man from the community lost control of his Opel for unexplained reasons, raced from the road and crashed into a tree. The impact was so violent that the tree was felled completely and the car landed on the roof.
Fortunately, the driver only suffered minor injuries. The road was completely closed for about an hour and a half, while the police took up the accident and the heavily damaged vehicle had to be towed. The Schiffdorf volunteer fire brigade was quickly on hand and took care of the elimination of the fallen tree.| Details | |
