A serious accident occurred on Friday around 11 a.m. on Sangerhäuser Strasse. A driver wanted to drive to the site of a petrol station and overlooked an oncoming quad that had the right of way. The quad driver was seriously injured in the collision and had to be taken to the hospital.

In order to quickly clear the accident site and release the road again, the fire brigade was alerted. The circumstances of the accident are still unclear, the police have investigated.
