Shocking motorcycle accident in Porta Westfalica: 1 dead, 3 injured!

On Thursday evening there was a serious motorcycle accident at the Porta Westfalica intersection, in which a motorcyclist died tragically and two more people were injured. The accident occurred around 5 p.m. and the first helpers immediately arrived at the scene to take care of the injured. Despite rapid medical measures by the emergency services, the motorcyclist was still serious at the scene of the accident.

The Wuppertal professional fire brigade and the volunteer fire brigades from Beyenburg, Walbrecken, Frielinghausen and Herbringhausen were alerted. In addition, the fire brigade Schwelm sent an emergency service from the Ennepe-Ruhr district and a rescue helicopter to the scene of the accident. During the rescue campaigns, the Porta Westfalica intersection remained completely closed to traffic, which led to significant disabilities.
