Terrible accident on the K52: 18-year-old dies after Baum-Crash!

On Wednesday evening at 10:50 p.m., a tragic traffic accident occurred on the K52 between Gräfinau-Angstedt and Wümbach. An 18-year-old steered his Kia, in which three other young men aged 17, 18 and 19 when he got out of a deer and headed out with a tree. The vehicle turned and came to a standstill in the ditch.

The driver and an 18-year-old passenger were caught in the impact in the car and had to be saved by the fire brigade. Unfortunately, despite all the efforts, the driver could not escape his serious injuries at the scene of the accident. The other two inmates and the third passenger also suffered serious injuries and were brought to surrounding hospitals. The K52 was completely blocked for several hours during the rescue work. The KIA was declared by the impact as a total economic damage.
