A serious accident occurred on the B1 at Paderborn around noon: a 65-year-old motorcyclist fell after colliding with a car. The biker, part of a group of four drivers, had an accident in the departure area to the BAB 33 and contracted serious injuries. Immediately initiated emergency medical measures made it possible to transport them to a Paderborn hospital.

The fire brigade Paderborn was quickly on hand, took over the medical care and secured the scene of the accident. In addition, expired equipment was eliminated. During the rescue campaigns, the B1 was completely closed at short notice, which led to disabilities in traffic. The entire use lasted about an hour.
