Serious accident on Glaner Straße: Fire brigade saved the person clamped

On Wednesday afternoon at 1:10 p.m., the Wildeshausen fire brigade was called for a serious traffic accident on Glaner Strasse. Reports from passers -by indicate that a person could be trapped in one of the vehicles involved. When the emergency services arrived, the serious scenario was confirmed: two cars had collided violently, with a total of three people injured, two of which were difficult.

Due to the critical condition of the trapped person, the emergency services started immediately for rescue measures. The fire brigade immediately initiated technical rescue measures to free the person out of the vehicle as quickly as possible, while in parallel life -saving medical support was provided. In addition, the fire brigade took over the fire protection and took care of the containment of leaked company substances. Around 35 fire brigade, police and emergency services were on site while the police started the cause of the accident.
