Sensation in the Eckernförder port: Captain saves Capella from sinking!

In the early morning of June 12th, the former fish cutter restaurant "Capella" experienced a dramatic water slump in the Eckernförder Stadthafen! Passers -by alerted the harbor master at 7:30 a.m. when they saw the ship threatened to sink. But the fire brigade was there in no time and was able to prevent the worst!

The condition of the "Capella" is alarming - the ship has been in a deplorable state of care for some time and was apparently never got out of the water. Fortunately, there were no impurities in the port water during the operation. The local regulatory authorities, the water authority and the water protection police were also on site, which ensured that the incident was quickly brought under control.
