Storm damage: Fire brigade Sprockhövel secures bike path in front of the threat of branch!

The Sprockhövel fire brigade was called to the bike path on the Straße Scherenberg on Sunday at 1.40 p.m. A burst branch, around 20 cm thick, was demolished due to the weather and threatened to fall onto the bike path.

The fire brigade's forces reacted quickly and separated the branch from the tree trunk, which banned the danger for passers -by. The bike path could be used safely again after the operation. However, the area around the site was not passable during the work. The entire use lasted about an hour.
