On Monday, May 2nd, 2025, a spectacular accident on the L161 towards Hohentengen occurred shortly after 6:00 p.m. A 70-year-old VW driver wanted to overtake a vehicle in front and overlooked a 22-year-old Peugeot driver who already overtook him. Boom! The two cars collided on the side and were rejected in the adjacent left strips of green.

The material damage is considerable: around 13,000 euros are estimated for the damaged vehicles. Fortunately, nobody was injured in this crash. Another example of the dangerous situations that lurk in road traffic!
