Volunteer fire brigade Breckerfeld: Successful use in Schwelm!
In the early morning hours of May 25, 2025, the Breckerfeld volunteer fire brigade was alerted at 3:40 a.m. A fire in the urban area of Schwelm required the use of several fire brigades, including support from the cities of Ennepetal, Gevelsberg and Sprockhövel. The Breckerfeld fire brigade disposed of a fire truck and a gear ladder from Sprockhövel to ensure basic protection in Schwelm.
Fortunately, the Breckerfeld group was not assigned to the Breckerfeld group. After a short stay in Schwelm, where a vehicle of the city was made ready for use again, the firefighters started their way home at around 07:40. The entire use lasted around four hours and ended with the return to the tool shed on the road.| Details | |
