When entering France, a requested money counterfeit was arrested by the Federal Police on Monday, June 2, at the Europabrücke in Kehl. The 39-year-old Serbian citizen had already been sentenced to several years of prison for falsification of money in 2015 and still had 616 days of residual imprison from an original sentence of 3 years and 10 months.

The officials discovered the arrest warrant during the control and arrested it without resistance. The man was then admitted to a correctional facility where he will now serve his punishment.
