In the early morning hours of May 25, 2025, between 5 and 6 a.m., a green range with French approval was spotted in the Küssaberg, Lauchringen, Krenkingen and Ühlingen. According to initial investigations, it is a stolen vehicle. Around 6 a.m. the car was deliberately set on fire in the forest near Ühlingen-Birkendorf, in the district of Riedersteg.
