Eichgärtenallee 16, 35390 Gießen, Deutschland - in Gießen, a brazen robbery caused horror: a 54-year-old woman was the victim of an attack, while she went for a walk on the Eichgärtenallee on Thursday evening. Suddenly a smaller, black car stopped, and the passenger tore the woman's gold chain off the neck. The perpetrator brutally grabbed her on the wrist to rob other jewelry. But the 54-year-old was able to tear and escape, luckily she was not injured. The criminal police are now urgently looking for witnesses, especially an unknown pedestrian who is said to have observed the incident.

In the meantime, a security service reported a fire attempt on a company premises in Laubacher Weg on Sunday. An 18-year-old was arrested nearby after trying to set fire to a container, but luckily the fire remained without damage. A break-in into a net market caused further excitement, in which a stranger captured tobacco products in Philipp-Reis-Straße. The police brought these acts in full swing, and the investigators hope for evidence of witnesses to quickly grasp the perpetrators!
