The responsible on -call judge informed the Frankenthal District Court and ordered the man's inability to rescue. On June 2, 2025, the Speyer District Court decided on the man's detention with the aim of attributing him to northern Macedonia. The 38-year-old was brought to Ingelheim in the custody institution for those who are liable to leave, while an investigation was initiated for forgery of documents and an unauthorized entry.
