Altenheim, Deutschland - Yesterday a 55-year-old Croatian was arrested by the federal police at the border crossing in Altenheim. He stood under two arrest warrants - one due to driving without a license and the other for unauthorized use of waste.

By setting up the due fines, the man was able to turn a prison sentence of 57 days.
