On Wednesday afternoon, at 1:55 p.m., a fire broke out on a company premises on the street Am Circle in Werlte. A chip bunker that is right next to a workshop went up in flames for an unknown cause. Thanks to the rapid intervention of the fire brigade, which was on site with six vehicles and around 25 emergency services, the fire to the adjacent building could be prevented.

Fortunately, there were no injuries, but the property damage is estimated at around 20,000 euros. The investigation into the causes of the fire is currently underway.
