Large exercise in Ulm: Police and emergency services show full commitment!

An impressive major exercise took place on Saturday in Ulm, in which over 1,100 emergency services from the police, emergency services, fire brigade, technical relief organization, disaster protection and several clinics met. Realistic scenarios were rehearsed in a shopping center and at various clinics that were impressively and professionally mastered. Everyone involved draws an overwhelmingly positive balance.

The exercise showed that the collaboration between the different organizations works perfectly, although improvement potential were also identified. These findings should be implemented promptly in order to further optimize efficiency in crisis situations. Thanks not only to the full -time emergency services, but also to the numerous volunteers and the actors who realistically designed the exercises. The goal for the future remains the constant improvement of the common usability of everyone involved.
