Hacker festival at Frankfurt Airport: 44-year-old behind grids!

On May 24, 2025, a 44-year-old German was arrested at Frankfurt Airport when he tried to travel to the Philippines to Manila. The Belgian authorities had issued an arrest warrant against him because it is accused of gaining a significant economic advantage through external hacking. The man who allegedly acted as the managing director of a British company is said to have cheated by a Belgian company by over 42,500 euros.

According to the allegations, he chopped the Belgian company's email account and manipulated the emails to score money payments. After opening the arrest warrant, he was brought to the presence cells of the Frankfurt District Court.
