In a terrifying series of incidents in Central Hesse, unknown people caused horror. On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, perpetrators sprayed a swastika on a dirt road in Weckesheim. The construction workers were able to eliminate the smear, but the polluters appeared again and left another symbol between May 28th and June 2. The state protection of the criminal police has started the investigation and is looking for witnesses who can provide information on the crime.

Also on June 3, 2025, three masked unknown to brutally rob a truck driver in Bad Vilbel. They wanted to snatch the valuables with blows and kicks, but the 40-year-old caused violent resistance and called for help, which the robbers ultimately flee. The driver suffered minor injuries. The Wetterau criminal police are asking for clues to the three suspects.
