International police week in Rhineland-Palatinate: Exchange of cultures!
In May 2025, the 24th International Project Week took place at the Rhineland-Palatinate University of Applied Sciences, which brought together young police officers from nine European countries. At this event, participants from Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Romania and Spain met to promote intercultural dialogue and the exchange of police experience. The varied program enabled intensive discussions about different operational strategies and innovative solutions.
A highlight of the event was a visit to the Koblenz police headquarters, where the participants received practical insights into the diverse tasks of the Rhineland-Palatinate police. The international delegation was impressed by the modern equipment and the professional organization, including a demonstration of the new police helicopter. This project week thus proved to be an important platform to strengthen international understanding and the police cooperation in Europe.
