Young people with jumping knives in Babenhausen - the police are alarm!

Officials from the Dieburg police station carried out extensive controls in local public transport and in parks on Friday, May 23. Supported by the riot police, the measures between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. were scheduled at several train stations in Dieburg, Groß-Umstadt and Babenhausen. A total of 33 people were checked.

During the controls, Dieburg and Groß-Umstadt remained unpunished-there were no violations here. But an alarm fluttered up in Babenhausen: A jumping knife was secured when a 17-year-old man was checked. Criminal proceedings were initiated against the adolescents on suspicion of a violation of the weapons law. The controls should contribute to security in the region.
