On Friday afternoon, a fire broke out in the basement in an apartment building at Gaußstraße 4, which led to a dramatic rescue operation. The fire brigade was alerted around 12:45 p.m. after a resident discovered the fire. Quickly on site, the emergency services managed to delete the fire quickly.

A total of four residents were taken to the hospital with slight smoke poisoning, but received outpatient help there. According to the first estimates, the property damage will be in the lower six -digit range. Fortunately, the residents were able to return to their apartments after the extinguishing and security measures.
