Free police cradle campaigns: Certainly on the camping vacation!

The Lippische police are breaking new ground for a safe vacation time! The summer holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia will start in just a few weeks, and the most popular camping mobile are ready for the trip. But how much weight can be carried? In order to create clarity, the traffic police organize two free weighing campaigns: On June 28th and July 8, 2025

The action aims to inform Camper about the permissible overall mass and the associated driver's license classes. Important: Anyone who arrives with too heavy luggage on the day of weighing is not punished! Instead, the focus is on prevention and education. The police offer personal conversations to advise campers about correct loading and possible dangers when overloading. A team of crime prevention also informs about theft protection at the holiday destination. Registrations are possible by phone or email by June 23, 2025. Be sure, travels easy!
