Croatian offender arrested at Freilassing station!

Freilassing, Deutschland - A 38-year-old Croatian was arrested by the federal police at the Freilassing station on June 12th. When checking his personal details, it turned out that several arrest warrants presented against him. The public prosecutor's office in Ravensburg and the immigration office had intensively searched for the man because he had to serve a residual imprisonment of 365 days due to resistance to enforcement officers.

In addition, another arrest warrant was active for insulting, for which the Croatian could not pay a fine of 800 euros. Instead, he now has to serve 80 days in the correctional facility. His entry into Germany would have been problematic anyway, since the freedom of movement was withdrawn in August 2022. The federal police still brought him to the correctional facility today.
