In a nightly traffic control on June 1, 2025 on the state road 30 at Sagard, a truck driver was targeted by the police. The 33-year-old man from Leipzig had not passed a drugnock at 11:45 p.m., which led to immediate measures.

The police initiated an administrative offense procedure on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicating means. The driver had to undergo blood sample and was not allowed to continue his journey. A clear indication that the police are rigorous against drugs at the wheel!
