Chain link fence via bike path: unknowns endanger road users!

In Büttelborn-Workfelden, a chain link fence was excited about a bicycle path on Wednesday evening, which led to a dangerous incident. Unknown perpetrators initially attached the fence to a construction site element in the escort road and tensioned it over the bike path to a tree. At 9:45 p.m., parts of the fence fell onto the street and damaged two passing vehicles, which led to a total damage of around 1,000 euros. Fortunately, no people were injured.

The police are looking for witnesses who can provide information about the alleged perpetrators. People who have information are asked to report to the Groß-Gerau police station on 06152 1750.
