Massive charges: pharmacists in court for bribery in healthcare!
The Hamburg public prosecutor has raised a comprehensive indictment for severe bribery in healthcare and gang -based accounting fraud. In a scandalous case, two pharmacists and four managers of their companies are accused of having bribed doctors with advantages in 37 cases in order to only sell recipes, especially costly cancer medication, through their own pharmacies. In doing so, they were dealing with legal regulations for cooperation between doctors and pharmacists.
In addition, due to their machinations, the accused committed criminals due to their machinations by submitting non -billable drug regulations to statutory health insurance companies and thus swinging over 75 million euros.
