Mettmann, Deutschland - over 13 years after a cruel crime, the Cologne police finally arrested a suspect! A 61-year-old was caught in Mettmann due to an arrest warrant for assault. The man is said to have got into a dispute on the night of November 27, 2011 with his alcoholic roommate who escalated and led to a fatal knife attack.

The investigators of the "Cold Case" group have identified the suspect after intensive research and a thorough re-evaluation of the evidence. The judge immediately applied for custody. With this arrest, the authorities hope to finally clarify the dramatic events of back then.
