A serious motorcycle accident occurred on Monday, May 26, 2025, around 6:30 p.m. on the L154 between Immenich and Niedermühle. For reasons of unknown reasons, a 46-year-old driver came off the road in a right curve and crashed into his motorcycle against a shaft lid lying in the ditch.

The impact caused considerable damage to the motorcycle, which is estimated at at least 5,000 euros. The motorcyclist suffered injuries and immediately had to be taken to a hospital by an emergency service. The exact circumstances of the accident are currently still unclear.
