Mysterious shot on train: Police are looking for witnesses in Schwarzenberg!

On Sunday afternoon, a shocking incident occurred at the Schwarzenberg/Erzgebirge stop when a train of the Erzgebirgebahn was shot at by a stranger. At 3:50 p.m., the man aimed with a pistol -like object on a pane of the train, which was not hit. Fortunately, all passengers remained unharmed. The federal police immediately accepted the investigation into dangerous interference in rail traffic, attempted dangerous bodily harm and property damage.

Witnesses reported that two men had previously driven from Johanngeorgenstadt to Schwarzenberg by train. After the shot, they got out, with one of the men held a pistol -like object again, but did not aim at the travelers. The second man was described as a big, with a short wavy blonde hair and in blue jeans and a white top with green stripes. There are also three 17-year-old girls who were sitting near the pane shot at the crime scene and may be able to provide crucial information at the scene of the crime. The amount of property damage is not yet known.
