Night of violence in Neubrandenburg: teenagers in the Schlagring conflict!

In the night of May 31, 2025, there was a brutal incident in Neubrandenburg on Turmstraße/Friedrich-Engels-Ring. At 02:30 a.m., four young men got into an argument that quickly escalated. A 17-year-old hit the face of an 18-year-old with a snap ring, which led to a painful laceration. The injured person had to be treated later in the Neubrandenburg Clinic.

The situation attracted the attention of six bar visitors who tried to settle. But they too were victims of violence: two of the helpers, a 17 and an 18-year-old, were bumped into the ground and suffered minor injuries. After the incident, the groups dissolved and disappeared. The police were quickly on site and searched for the perpetrators with several patrol cars. After all, some of those involved, all between 17 and 19 years old and German citizens, were identified. The investigation continues.
