Package ambassador or criminal? Robber arrested in Dörnweg!

In a shocking incident in Eschborn, two supposed package messengers turned out to be robbers! On Wednesday at 4:40 p.m. one of the men rang the doorbell at the door of a 41-year-old woman and wanted to deliver a package. But when she warned of him that she would not expect a package, the second perpetrator appeared and threatened her with a knife. The woman was slightly injured in the violent argument, but the robbers fled into different directions without prey. Thanks to a quick police patrol, a 38-year-old suspect was arrested on site. His accomplice, described as about 190 cm tall with long blond hair, is still on the run.

In another report on crime, unknown perpetrators in the Kelkheim district of Eppstein-retention ransacked a parked vehicle. The incident occurred early Thursday morning around 3:20 a.m. Three young men, dressed dark and at the age of 18 to 25 years old, took a silver Mercedes C200. When they were noticed, they quickly fled towards Feldbergstrasse. The police are looking for clues to the perpetrators.
