On Saturday, May 24th, 2025, a Polish Ford Focus C-Max was stopped at the motorway control point at the Neiße. The 49-year-old driver and his four passengers aged 30 to 52 were able to identify themselves with valid Colombian passports, but a review of the Polish authorities showed that they had no valid residence permits. This led to an immediate investigation due to unauthorized entry and unauthorized stay.

After completing the police measures, the men were immediately rejected to Poland. The federal police thus show their consistent attitude towards illegal entry and stays.
