Rioters with a knife in Bremerhaven: Muke in large -scale work!

On Wednesday morning, residents of an apartment building in Bremerhaven-Leherheide alarmed the police because a man rioted in his apartment. Around 7:45 a.m., emergency services with two vehicles arrived in Kurt-Schumacher-Straße and found an aggressive 27-year-old who held a knife in his hand and screamed loudly. The perpetrator then entrenched himself in his apartment.

After several attempts to talk to to calm down the man, the officers converted the apartment together with the fire brigade. Finally, the door was broken open and the rioter overwhelmed while trying to close the door from the inside. The man was taken to a hospital for a psychological examination, where he remained for the time being. The police have initiated investigations into threats and resistance.
