Rapid motorsport: Police stops illegal races on the Schauinsland!

On Saturday, May 24th, 2025, the police discovered a column of 13 highly motorized sports cars on the L126 near Oberried, which drove towards Schauinsland at excessive speed. Several concerned callers reported a possible illegal race.

The police stopped the vehicles in the Bohrer area, Horben community, and controlled both the cars and the drivers with foreign license plates. Despite the impressive appearance of the sports cars, there have so far been no evidence of traffic violations. The personal details were recorded, but the campaign did not bring any significant violations.
