Right provocations in Rössing: The police have to intervene!

On the evening of May 29, 2025, a situation in Rössing escalated when several men showed demonstratively Hitler greetings in a group and chanted right -wing rectangles. The alarmed police met six heavily alcoholic men between the ages of 32 and 37 around 8:00 p.m. While the personal details were found, one of the men, a 32-year-old, revealed his attitude through a Hitler salute.

When the officers prevented him from fleeing his bike, he resisted, threatened the police officer and insulted them. To control it, several police officers had to intervene and use coercion. Supported his companions to escalate the situation, but the police were able to stabilize the situation with additional help. The 32-year-old was finally taken to a hospital to take blood. In this context, investigative proceedings were also initiated against the companions without police officers being damaged.
