A ambulance collides with a car: motorist injured in Parchim!

On Monday morning there was a spectacular accident in Parchim between an ambulance and an a car, in which a 64-year-old driver was slightly injured. The woman drove towards the city at the Ostring at around 07:15 when she was turned when turning an ambulance that was on the blue light and without patients on operational drive.

The driver contracted facial injuries and had to be taken to a hospital in Plau am See. Fortunately, their injuries are not serious. The two paramedics in the emergency car remained unharmed. Due to the collision, both vehicles were no longer ready to drive and had to be towed. The Ostring was completely closed until around 10:00 a.m. due to the rescue measures. The police have started the investigation into the cause of the accident, while the property damage is estimated at around 20,000 euros.
