Huge police operation in Spandau: activists block printing!

Last night there was a drastic police operation in Spandau! Over 80 emergency services were mobilized when a rental transporter stopped in front of a print shop around 10:10 p.m. Almost 40 climate and environmental activists jumped out and blocked access to the building. An activist caused excitement when he jumped onto the bonnet of a moving civil vehicle.

The police reacted quickly and, in addition to the determination techniques, also used doses of shock techniques to remove the activists who wanted to stick to the sidewalk. At the same time, two of the activists were prevented from leaving the van. The emergency services found several objects on the loading area, including wheel claw, adhesive and color spray doses. An activist had to be taken to the hospital for nausea during the mission. A total of 39 people were taken into custody, with investigations of coercion and resistance being initiated against 34 of them. The traffic on the Brunsbütteler Damm was closed for several hours before a lane was released. A journalistic misunderstanding meant that a reporter was briefly involved in the police measures before he was released.
