Roller theft in Mannheim: Police are urgently looking for witnesses!

In a brazen act of theft, a stranger snapped a benzhou scooter between Tuesday, 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. The 24-year-old owner had secured his two-wheel vehicle on Tuesday evening with a steering wheel lock, but that did not stop the perpetrator. The damage amounts to around 600 euros.
