On Friday afternoon, the police in Offenbach arrested a 39-year-old man who tried in vain to violently snatch his backpack to a 37-year-old. The perpetrator hit the victim with a broom, which led to injuries by hand and head. Several parked cars and an electric sliding gate were also damaged. The total damage is estimated at over 10,000 euros. The man was brought to the police station, where he also had to give a blood test due to alleged drug use.

Also in Offenbach there was an incident in which a cyclist touched an Audi and then put an umbrella on the driver with an umbrella. The police are looking for witnesses to the crime. In addition, a storm caused considerable damage on Sunday afternoon: a flat roof of a single -family house was covered, luckily the residents were not injured. The property damage amounts to around 100,000 euros. The police are currently busy cleaning up.
