Cong on Ulm streets discovered: Fire brigade saves domestic Schlingnatter!

An approximately 50 cm long snake caused excitement in the afternoon in Sedanstrasse in Ulm. A concerned witness discovered the reptile and immediately alerted the emergency services. The fire brigade moved quickly and was able to capture the snake safely - what an adrenaline -reloaded adventure!

After a consultation with the Wilhelma in Stuttgart, it turned out that the animal was a native Schlingnatter. No danger to the residents! The Schlingnatter was then carefully released again in the surrounding forest. A happy ending for humans and animals.
