Shock on Hammer Landstrasse: Three slightly injured at car crash!

on May 24, 2025, at 10:06 a.m., there was a serious traffic accident on Hammer Landstrasse in Hattropholsen, in which three people were slightly injured. A 90-year-old driver from Soest wanted to turn left from Brückenstraße to Hammer Landstrasse, but overlooked the car authorized to travel from a 36-year-old woman from Welver, who drove towards Soest. The collision was so violent that the airbags were triggered in both vehicles.

Although two minor children sat in the back seat of the 36-year-old's vehicle, they remained unharmed. However, the driver and her passenger had to be treated with minor injuries. The person who caused the accident also suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital. Both vehicles are no longer ready to drive after the accident and had to be towed. The police estimate the total damage to around 12,000 euros.
