Shocking bicycle accidents in Cologne: two injuries in the city center!

On Wednesday evening, June 4, two dramatic traffic accidents occurred in Cologne city center, in which two cycling parties suffered serious head injuries. A 34-year-old man and a 59-year-old woman immediately came to hospitals to be treated there.

The first incident happened around 5:10 p.m. when a 68-year-old driver turned left at the Friesenstraße/Steinfelder Gasse confluence and caught the crossing cyclist. The 34-year-old not only suffered a head injury, but also several grazes. The situation remains tense, while the police are investigating the exact circumstances of the accidents.
