Shocking accident at Rotheshütte: motorcyclist injured!

Rotheshütte, Deutschland - On Friday afternoon there was a dramatic traffic accident on the local connection between Rotheshütte and Sophienhof in the district of Nordhausen. A driver of a Skoda Fabia lost control in a curve and got too far into the middle of the road. The oncoming motorcyclist, a Dane on a Suzuki GSX, was able to avoid a collision, but had to dodge on the green strips and fell in the ditch.

The motorcyclist suffered minor injuries and was brought to the southern Harz Clinic in Nordhausen for treatment. While the accident ended lightly for the Danes, the property damage on the motorcycle is around 5,000 euros.
