Student and police: This is how road traffic safety is improved!

On Thursday morning, June 12, 2025, students from the Funckepark primary school in Hagen, together with police officers, launched a creative campaign for transport prevention. On the flower road, a designated playground, the emergency services checked the driving speed of the road users with a speed measuring device.

The students presented the paper and memorial to the drivers. If the vehicles drove at walking speed, the drivers received a green "thanks" with "thumbs up". If driving too fast, on the other hand, there was a red "memo" with "thumb down". The children clearly explained to the road users: "This is a playground! They can only drive as quickly as we can go."
