A 17-year-old driver of a light-on bike suffered serious injuries on Friday evening when he fell after a suspected driving error. The incident occurred on the L103 between Welschensteinach and Steinach around 8:10 p.m. The young person lost control of his two -wheeler after slowing down in a light right -hand bend and falling into a stream running next to the street.

quick help was in demand! First aiders saved the seriously injured young people out of the water and provided first aid until an emergency doctor arrived. A rescue helicopter brought the teenager to a nearby clinic. The fire brigade was also in use to support the rescue measures. The property damage is estimated at around 1,000 euros.
