A dramatic accident occurred on Saturday, May 31, 2025, when a 17-year-old driver of a light-on bike on the 6309 district road was seriously injured. The young man was out of Kirchhausen towards Hofen when he lost control of his vehicle in a left turn. His light -on bike slipped about 20 meters across the road and crashed into the right protection out.

In a terrible turn, the driver was thrown by his pitch over the protective plank and landed around 10 meters below the street in the adjacent forest. Firefighters had to come to rescue him. The 17-year-old was immediately taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The damage to the motorcycle amounts to around 3,000 euros.
