Serious accident on A3: Small van driver dies at Crash in Windhagen

Windhagen, Deutschland - A tragic traffic accident occurred on Tuesday evening on the A3 near Windhagen, where the driver of a small van died. The accident occurred around 10:30 p.m. when the van at one end of the traffic jam first on a car and then on a truck. Despite the immediate attempts at resuscitation by the emergency services, the driver could not be saved and died at the scene of the accident.

The motorway was then completely closed from the Bad Honnef junction in the direction of Cologne, which led to a considerable backlog.
